Norþæn Eldr The two tracks that are on offer here truly feels high calibre, Death, Black and even old school classic rock all woven expertly, how I missed this by years I dont know but hopefully somthing more comes of this brilliant little gem of a demo.

Greg Murphy Reminds me of first wave black metal or some of Sigh's pre-Imaginary Sonicscape work, death metal, and some 70's Italian horror soundtracks all mixed together. An exciting demo and wonderful sign of things to come if their future is anything like this. Favorite track: Portents In The Fire.

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it. That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten

All this can be said about Void Masquerading as Matter - but it is also complex, immersive (if you are not repelled), fascinating and rousing (in the sense of: dragging you into the abyss).
